Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery
Our products are shipped from the European Union (Germany). Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination and carrier.
📌 Please note: public holidays in Germany do not always coincide with those in most EU countries. In such cases, shipments may be delayed by 1–2 days compared to the estimated delivery time.

Perfumes and flammable goods (ADR)
Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as dangerous goods (flammable). Therefore:

  • shipments are made exclusively by road in compliance with ADR regulations;

  • certain destinations or shipping methods may not be available;

  • delivery times may be longer than expected;

  • delivery may require the recipient’s signature.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Customs & Duties
For non-EU shipments, customs duties, taxes, and charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Risk & Liability
The risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact us immediately.
