Return and Refund Policy (14 days)

Right of withdrawal – 14 days
According to European law, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason.

Product eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in the same condition as received;

  • not be opened, used, or worn;

  • include all tags/seals and original packaging;

  • be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Important note for perfumes and cosmetics:
For hygiene and safety reasons, and due to the flammable nature of perfumes (alcohol-based), returns are only accepted if the product is sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.
We cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed perfumes.

Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the result.
If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns of:

  • opened/unsealed perfumes or cosmetics;

  • personalized or made-to-order items;

  • gift cards.
